
Since we opened Posana Cafe in May of 2009, we have been open 7 days a week. That's a lot of days! I keep hearing from customers that I need to take time off, and yes, I agree! I had planned to start our winter hours at the beginning of the season this year, but with such a busy holiday season, it seemed I never got around to it.
It's time for all of us here at Posana to nourish our own well-being as much as we want to nourish our community's, so starting Monday, February 6th, we will be closed on Mondays through March. Thank you all for your care and consideration! We appreciate your concern and your support, and we look forward to continuing down this road with you for many wonderful years to come.
