Posana Café is dedicated to serving authentic European coffee and espresso drinks featuring Fair Trade Organic coffee beans, organic dairy and sweeteners.  It's our pleasure to serve you an entirely organic espresso or tea drink at convential prices.  It tastes better, is better for you and frankly, better is what you deserve.

Our espresso drinks and Italian sodas feature sauces and syrups created from scratch by our pastry chefs.  Flavors include chocolate, caramel, coconut, raspberry, orange, lemon-lime, ginger vanilla, cinnamon, hazelnut and toasted almond.  Plus, there are new flavors currently in devopment and almost all are naturally sweetened with 100% organic agave nectar.  Our organic chai is prepared in house, from scratch, in small batches.

If you are looking for a chic, upscale bar to share a drink and good conversation look no further.  Posana Café's 23 foot long, high gloss, Kerei bar is a beautiful and comfortable spot to enjoy your favorite cocktail.  In addition to serving Pisgah local organic draft beer, Posana Café also offers an amazing selection of gluten free beers.  Our wine list features a fantastic collection of organic, sustainably grown or biodynamically grown wines.  We offer a great mix of custom cocktails and old favorites using high end liquors.  Posana Café also custom infuses organic vodka with flavors such as vanilla and lemongrass.  They are delicious on the rocks and can be used in a variety of mixed drinks.  Be sure not to miss our palate pleasing Tea Forte infused specialty cocktails.  They look beautiful and taste even better.
