Posana’s Executive Chef and co-owner, Peter Pollay, is an honors graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. Before opening Posana Cafe, Peter had the good fortune of working with some of the “greats” in the restaurant industry: Chefs and restaurateurs such as David Burke, Waldy Malouf, Larry Levy, and Wolfgang Puck. It's no wonder why Posana Cafe has quickly become a local favorite. Year's of restaurant experience, a devoted staff and a downtown restaurant offering some of the best ambiance in Western North Carolina make for a fabulous dining out experience.
Peter and Posana Cafe’s culinary and pastry teams have created superb breakfast, lunch and dinner menus offering unsurpassed flavor, freshness and quality. All of Posana Cafe’s dishes, desserts and pastries are prepared from scratch and feature all natural and locally sourced ingredients.
